CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Unfortunately we can not exchange items as we are not guaranteed to have your size available. We recommend you purchase the correct item and return the unwanted item back to us. We will refund you as soon as possible.
HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE?
Please allow OWN HER LOOK team 7 working days to process your return & refund from the day we receive the item(s) Your bank may take 3-5 working days to show the refund in your account. We recommend you obtain and keep a copy of your proof of postage and use a recorded service, so you can track its journey. OWN HER LOOK will not be held responsible for any missing parcels on the customers behalf.
